Coming soon this page will contain comphrensive information on connecting utilities and other important phone numbers and websites for Cartersville and Bartow County for all of the Casa de Earl properties. For now, here is some information regarding our newest property:

Utilities
Electric, water, sewer, etc. all comes on one bill from the City of Cartersville. Apply in person at City Hall in downtown Cartersville (the entrance is along N. Public Square., just off of Cherokee Street).

You can also visit their website: www.cityofcartersville.org (Hint: The site map is a great way to find information quickly on their website).

With good credit, you pay only a $30 connection fee. With questionable credit (or if you refuse to allow them to do a credit check), there is a $300 deposit.

Telephone and DSL is available through AT&T: 1-888-757-6500 (Hint: Because of the lower cost of doing business via the Internet, you will find better deals through the www.att.com website. For instance, the DSL modem will be free with rebate online, but you'll pay $75 for it if you call. The Timber Ridge HOA will also soon have a custom AT&T link that will "pay" the HOA for any products you buy. This gives the HOA more funds to pay for improvements that benefit all Timber Ridge residents. I will provide the link here when it becomes available.)

TV Service: Comcast is the local cable company () or you can get DISH Network through AT&T and get a discount in a bundle with home phone service and DSL.

Landscaping & Lawn Service: All lawn service is provided by the HOA. You may plant flowers if you'd like, but otherwise, your yard is no-maintenance.

Schools: Because Timber Ridge is on the East side of US Highway 41, it is part of the Bartow County School system.

The applicable schools are:
Cloverleaf Elementary
South Central Middle School
Cass High School
